The Rough is a charming house bordering on the Ugolino Golf Corse, surrounded by a large garden, seven miles South of the centre of Florence.
The house was built around 1955 and has recently been entirely renovated. It can accommodate six people, possibly seven, with three large bedrooms (one with a fireplace); three bathrooms; a large living room with fire place; a dining room; a kitchen and a veranda on the Southern side with a splendid view of the golf course (hole 15 is about 18 metres away) and the rolling Chianti hills.
The house is elegantly furnished with stylish fabrics and wallpapers.
Amenities:
Air conditioning, telephone, satelite TV, all necessary household appliances. A garage and a large basement (which includes an extra bathroom) is also available.
A daytime intercity bus stops at the entrance gate for central Florence and the nearby villages of Strada in Chianti or Grassina.
A car is necessary.
